		<description>Proper fit, quality socks (I use Balaga and Drymax) and an anti friction agent if needed. Skinstrong makes three different products that are excellent, a spray, a cream and a powder. If using the above I have never had a blister for distances up to 50k.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve found that placing a nice layer of Aquafor on areas prone to blistering before heading out for a run works really well to prevent them from reappearing.  Another aspect to think about is the fit of your shoe.  I didn&#039;t have problems before purchasing my new pair, but the guy at the running store suggested I buy my new pair a half-size bigger.  I&#039;ll go back down on the next pair I purchase.</description>
