		<description>I would say that most of these issues can be overcome by barefoot/minimalist running. Knee/PF issues can be caused by heel striking instead of fore/mid-foot striking.</description>

		<description>I think that i have had all of these injuries at some point! At the moment I am struggling with tendonitis thanks to over training. Not running is killing me!</description>
