		<description>Another nice post! Next to becoming fitter, I definitely noticed that I was enjoying those mental benefits too.. When I started running, I was ashamed to run near other people. I kept wondering if they were staring at my big butt :)
Now I&#039;m getting in shape fast and I&#039;m no longer ashamed, but I love it when people stare at my firm butt!</description>
