Since we launched this running blog back at the end of 2009, there has been a constant increase of running enthusiasts visiting our website; professionals and beginners, extreme fanatics and the occasional runner.

We personally like to thank you for your trust in our site, regular visits and great feedback! Also, the kind emails, retweets and sharing our content over facebook hasn’t gone unnoticed. Thank you.

In order to meet the demand of many running enthusiasts who are looking for very specific, personalized running tips and training, we announce a new partnership! Jason Fitzgerald, who has already written a few articles for RunAddicts is joining the ranks as a permanent writer and personal running coach!

Hello there! My name is Jason, but my friends call me Fitz. I’ve been a writer at RunAddicts for the better part of a year and have always enjoyed the vibrant community here. Many of you are just starting out with your running journey or are stuck in a holding pattern. That’s where I can help.

I’ve coached all sorts of runners – from triathletes in the off-season, to stay at home Moms, and even Lieutenants in the Army! Opening up my coaching services to the RunAddicts family is a great way to help more runners achieve their next PR while preventing injury. I hope you’ll see how I can make your running easier.

To your running success,
- Fitz.
