All great points. At my heaviest I was 323lbs. My goal was to run 10 minutes on a treadmill when I made the change to get healthy. I ran at a very slow pace but got through it. I probably ran 1/3 of a mile. Their were people next to me cruising at 9mph and not even getting stressed. That motivated me to keep at it. 2 years later I run daily. My speed has improved so much and also my stamina. I run a 5k before work almost daily. The results of running can't be argued with. Start up and watch the flab just disappear!
