At the beginning of every new year, people all around the globe come up with fresh resolutions.
What we noticed last year is that the wish to become a healthier and fitter person was on almost everyone’s list.
Our team came up with a the idea to provide all you new runners out there with all the necessary information you’ll need to start to running as a new year’s resolution.
